At UKSE Group we are well versed with the pressures employees place on themselves, especially in the construction industry.
We operate an open door policy, whereby our staff are invited to approach any member of the Senior Management team in complete confidence. Taking these steps mean we can direct them to the appropriate help, support or counselling required.
This is a small gesture in the grand scheme of mental health, but we think the important step is asking for help vital and if we can support this we will.

We play leadership role when it comes to sustainable development, working to solve global challenges such as the depletion of resources, pollution, ecosystem damage, and the effects of rapid population growth.
